interpersonal challenges and achieve collective gains within and across their teams. But solid teamwork doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s not necessarily an innate skill.

Your facilitator, a Certified Five Behaviours Practitioner, will provide advice and guidance about which option to choose.

TEAM WORKSHOPS
This workshop based program helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviours model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members—based on the Everything DiSC® model—and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.
PERSONAL GUIDED LEARNING
This powerful virtual or in-person experience assesses an individual’s approach to teamwork, provides personalised insights on how they can more effectively work with others, and teaches participants the critical behaviours and interpersonal skills needed to work together with other team members effectively.
