Guided Learning

 

If you or your team are new to DiSC® and The Five Behaviours assessments, then we recommend that we guide the learner/recipient through their report in a private

1-2-1 session. This will ensure that they gain a full appreciation of the value of the assessment and will help them to identify key areas for learning and personal development.

 

Self-serve

That’s no easy task, and employees must be flexible, socially adept, and relationship-savvy in order to navigate

interpersonal challenges and achieve collective gains within and across their teams.

But solid teamwork doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s not necessarily an innate skill. Teamwork must be developed and practised—and it requires the right framework in order to thrive.

We approach this learning in two ways. We work with an individual, effectively in a coaching capacity, or we can facilitate workshop based team learning. 

PERSONAL GUIDED LEARNING

This powerful virtual or in-person experience assesses an individual’s approach to teamwork, provides personalised insights on how they can more effectively work with others, and teaches participants the critical behaviours and interpersonal skills needed to work together with other team members effectively.

TEAM WORKSHOPS

This workshop based program helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviours model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members—based on the Everything DiSC® model—and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

Your workshop facilitator, a Certified Five Behaviours Practitioner, will provide advice and guidance on which option to choose.
